  • 100 high knees
  • 50 squats
  • 70 burpees
  • 200 butt kicks
  • 100 punches
  • 50 squat jumps
  • Daily planks
  • 50 wall sits
  • 50 diamond push-ups
  • Side to side speed planks
  • Side leg lifts (use a resistant band for a greater challenge)
  • Overhead circle with dumbbells
