Robbie Montalvo
Robbie joined the Fitness 19 team in 2016 and has quickly established himself as one of the top personal trainers in the area. As an athlete, Robbie has competed at the collegiate level and continues to coach and train athletes of all ages. His dynamic training style helps clients achieve and exceed their goals.
Certified through the International Sports Science Association, Robbie assists clients ranging from senior citizens to elite athletes.

Philosophy: (Fitness and Life) In life and exercise we need a strong mind, body, and spirit. It is important to work each equally, through weight training, cardio training, flexibility training, and practicing good nutritional habits. As a trainer, I have the opportunity to inspire others as well as myself and strive for greatness. Fitness and nutrition should be looked at as a lifestyle that we practice every day. Yes there will be roadblocks along the way, but each hurdle we jump over is one step closer to achieving something new.
Theresa Heitkamper
As one of Louisville’s most experienced Personal Trainers, Theresa has been changing the lives of her clients years before joining the Fitness 19 team.
Theresa has influenced the health and wellness of hundreds of clients since Fitness 19 opened it’s doors in Louisville.
Leading by example, she is an accomplished athlete, experienced marathon runner, and has brought an extremely diverse skill set to her clients at Fitness 19.

Austyn Smith
Austyn has established himself as one of the top sports specific personal trainers in the area and has clients ranging from emerging high school prospects to University of Louisville stars Mango Mathiang, Damien Lee, and Tony Hicks.
As a strength and conditioning specialist for the University of Louisville, Austyn trained some of the nations top athletes for 3 years.
After obtaining his Masters Degree in Exercise Physiology, Austyn brought his expertise to Fitness 19 and began helping clients exceed their fitness goals.

Heather Collier
Heather started training at Fitness 19 in the spring of 2008. She has been helping clients live happier, healthier lives for nearly 10 years at the Blankenbaker location and has become one of the most experienced personal trainers in the area.
A graduate of Transylvania University in Lexington, Heather was a cross country athlete and has had a lifelong passion for health and wellness.
Heather has been certified through the International Sports Science Association since 2007
