Reduce the roundness in your cheeks with this very simple move that you can do while sitting in traffic or lying in bed at home. Place your middle three fingers on your face, just below the cheek bone. Pull down gently as you smile as wide as possible. Use your fingers as resistance and hold for 5 seconds. Do this 5 times, a few times a day.
Keep your brow relax and purse your lips like you’re going to kiss someone. Hold this position for 5 seconds, and repeat 5 to 10 times.
This one is tricky, but works to tone and firm your cheeks. Purse your lips in a fish face, similar to the kissing face you made in the previous exercise, but try to smile at the same time. Give your face a good stretch with this simple exercise. Stick your tongue out as far as possible, allowing your cheeks to stretch. Hold for 5 seconds, repeat 5 to 10 times.
Four Quick Moves
- Open your eyes wide lift your eyebrows high and frown. Feel the stretch across your face, hold for 3 to 5 seconds.
- Make your lips into an O, and then switch to a smile. Do this back and forth 10 times, relax and repeat.
- Raise your eyebrows as high as possible, hold and release. Do this 10 times then rest.
- Make a closed-mouth smile, and release to neutral. Do this 20 times, rest, then repeat.
