Dear Fitness 19 Member,

We are all eager to get back to the gym and we know you are too.  We are closely monitoring all updates from the CDC and other local, state, and federal government agencies regarding when we might be able to re-open.  In addition to letting us know when it is safe to end the safer at home order, we are looking to these leaders for guidance on policies and procedures when members do come back to the gym.  We are making investments right now while the gyms are closed in new supplies and technologies to keep Fitness 19 cleaner than ever before upon your return.  Our first priority has always been your health; this means doing everything we can to protect our members and to empower and equip them to protect themselves as well.

Please be aware that no additional monthly dues payments, or payments of any kind, will be billed during the time the gym is closed.  We can’t thank you enough for your patience throughout this process.

This situation is unprecedented and ever-changing. We will have more information to you when possible. We hope to see you happy and healthy again soon. Until then, please follow all CDC guidelines to prevent the transfer of this virus and be well.

In Good Health,
