Fitness 19 Reopening Billing FAQ

How do I find out when my Fitness 19 location is opening?

Visit your Fitness 19’s local Facebook page and follow @fitness19gyms on Instagram for updated information. If you don’t know the Facebook page URL, visit www.fitness19.com/locations/california to find your club. When you get to your gym’s page, click the Facebook icon. We will also be emailing members of each location regarding their local updates.

Was I billed for my membership while Fitness 19 was closed?

No additional monthly dues, personal training or annual fee payments were billed during the temporary closures.

When is my first membership billing going to take place after Fitness 19 reopens?

No one will be billed for time they were unable to use the gym due to the temporary closures. Your first monthly membership billing will be on December 15th, 2020. Your first billing will also include your annual fee if your annual fee was set to be billed between August – November 2020 but was paused due to the temporary closures.

Can I put a temporary freeze on my account?

All billing was frozen automatically when the gyms were temporarily closed due to Covid-19. You may request to keep your membership frozen for 60 days after reopening at no cost. To do so, please contact Fitness 19 Yucaipa.

Members that elected to freeze their membership for 60 days during the first closure will have a new 60 day start date when we reopen. Your 60 day freeze period will start over as of December 15th. If you would like to resume working out, please stop by the Front Desk or call us to unfreeze your membership.

My membership annual fee was due during the closures when billing was paused. When will this be charged?

If your annual fee fell during the time of the closures and was not billed due to all billing being paused, your annual fee will be billed during the first monthly dues billing on December 15th.

What if I paid for my membership in advance for a year?

If you prepaid your membership, it will be extended the same amount of time the gym was closed.

What if I pay for my membership monthly with a 12-month commitment?

If your membership was created with a 12-month commitment, your existing 12 month expiration date will remain the same. You will NOT be charged for any time the gym was temporarily closed due to Covid-19.

Personal Training Billing FAQ

I paid for Personal Training sessions in advance? How will that be handled?

If you prepaid for Personal Training sessions, the expiration date of your sessions will be extended the length of the closure when we reopen.

I have Personal Training sessions that I pay for monthly. How will that be handled?

Monthly charges were not billed during the closures. If you pay for monthly Personal Training sessions, your monthly billing for sessions will restart when the gym reopens.
