Fitness 19 Lime Kiln Lane is East Louisville’s premier neighborhood gyms. We are a full functioning fitness center without the frills, fully equipped to achieve all of your fitness goals!
Gym Equipment
Our facility is equipped with Life fitness and Hammer Strength equipment:
• 40+ pieces of cardio (Treadmills, Ellipticals, Stair Steppers, Upright & Recumbent bikes and rowing machine)
• Circuit Training Machines – Arranged and numbered from largest to smallest muscle groups, providing a full body workout.
• Large free weight floor consisting of dumbbells (2lbs-120lbs), Olympic benches, smith machine, squat rack, cable line machine and much more.
Smart Start Program
Each new gym membership includes enrollment into our smart start training program. This program provides each new member with two 1 hour meetings with one of our certified personal trainers. During these sessions we will discuss goals, injuries and experience and help map out a successful fitness plan to achieve your fitness goals.
Personal Training
We specialize in personal training! We currently have seven industry leading fitness professional on staff, with an abundance of skills and specialties sure to help you achieve your fitness goals. Please check out our personal training bios at the top of the page for more information.
